COVID-19 made our visit different from usual, but I’m grateful we were able to safely celebrate the new year together.

Reflecting on this remarkable year, much of which has been spent during an unprecedented pandemic, I am struck once again by your dedicated support of the academic and research mission of our university. We have met – and overcome – many challenges by applying our core values of diversity, innovation, integrity, service, stewardship and teamwork on a daily basis, whether working on campus or remotely.
