I hope this note finds you well.
There are many efforts underway to address reimbursements for university services no longer being provided as a result of COVID-19 (coronavirus) and the university’s transition to an online model.
For example, Parking and Transportation Services (PTS) is issuing parking reimbursements. The Child Development Center is crediting tuition and processing refunds. University Housing and Dining, Recreational Sports and Texas Athletics are doing similar work for memberships and other services. Units across campus are assessing reimbursements, pro rata details, and credits.
Thank you for your flexibility as these details are finalized and processes are implemented. Although not all services are included in payroll deductions, some are -- so you may notice a change in your future pay slips.
If you have questions about a specific service and its reimbursement process, please read the Refunds & Reimbursements section on the university’s website or contact the unit service provider directly.
